Pickle Ref is a pickleball referee app that runs entirely in your browser. This privacy policy covers the Pickle Ref landing page, contact form, access-request flow, and approved-user admin queue.

What We Collect

If you contact us or request access to Pickle Ref, we collect:

• Your email address, provided voluntarily through the access-request form
• Your name and message if you send them through the contact form
• A privacy-preserving hash of the request IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Approval status and related admin notes if your request needs review or access changes later

We do not collect match data or broader personal profiles through this website.

How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Confirm that we received your access request
• Send sign-in instructions when access is ready or if access changes later
• Reply to contact form messages and support questions
• Send occasional updates that are directly related to your requested access

We will never sell, share, or rent your email address to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use analytics services that track individual visitors.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and referring page as part of their hosting infrastructure. Access-request and approved-user records are stored in Cloudflare D1, admin access is protected through Cloudflare Access, and transactional emails are delivered through Resend. Contact form messages are emailed through Resend and are not stored in D1.

The App Itself

The Pickle Ref app runs entirely offline in your browser. All match data is stored locally on your device using your browser's storage. No match data is ever sent to any server.

Data Retention

Access-request, approved-user, and contact email records are retained only as long as needed to manage access and related support follow-up. You can request removal of your email at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You can request to:

• See what data we have about you
• Have your data deleted
• Unsubscribe from any communications
